Obituary of Pauline A. Jazikoff

Pauline A. Jazikoff South Plainfield - Pauline A. (Deo) Jazikoff, 73, died Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in Rahway. Born in Newark, Pauline resided in Hillside and was a graduate of Hillside High. She has been a resident of South Plainfield for the past 50 years. Pauline was the administrative assistant of the Cook School's Principal in Plainfield for the last 25 years. In her younger years, Pauline enjoyed bowling with her husband in mixed bowling leagues and participating in various sports and activities with her children while they grew. As her family grew and her grandchildren were born, her focus changed to them. She found great happiness in spending time with them and watching their sporting events. Additionally, she enjoyed taking trips to the casinos and traveling to Florida. Predeceased by her brother, Dominick, she is survived by her husband of 51 years; Raymond, a daughter; Donna Daly and her husband John, three sons; Raymond and his wife, Angel, Michael and Robert and his wife, Lori. Two sisters; Josephine Giuffredo and Dolores Tardif, a sister in law; Judy Deo and she will be missed by 8 grandchildren; Destiny, Robert, Jessica, Ayrika, Raymond Jr., Kylee, John Jr., and Kacie. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews extended family and dear friends. Funeral services will begin on Saturday, January 19, 2013 at 9:00 AM in the McCriskin - Gustafson Home For Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Ave., South Plainfield NJ 07080 followed by a 10:00 AM funeral mass in Sacred Heart RC Church, South Plainfield. Entombment will follow in Fairview Cemetery, Westfield. Family and friends may attend visitation on Friday, January 18, 2013 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM in the funeral home.
