Obituary of Marie G. Cooper

Marie G. Cooper South Plainfield - Marie G. (Schwarz) Cooper, 90, passed away on Tuesday, May 15, 2012 at JFK Hartwyck - Edison Estates in Edison. Born in Newark to the late Mary & George Schwarz, Marie had resided in Irvington prior to settling to South Plainfield 60 years ago. A loving wife, mother and grandmother, Marie spent most of her life caring for her family as a homemaker. She is predeceased by her husband, Matthew who died in 1998, surviving are her three sons; Matthew of Neshanic Station, Paul and his wife, Vickie, of South Plainfield and Eugene and his wife, Diane, of Point Pleasant and her four granddaughters; Meredith, Megan, Shannon and Mallory. Funeral services will be held privately in Holy Redeemer Cemetery, South Plainfield under the direction of the McCriskin - Gustafson Home For Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Avenue, South Plainfield, NJ 07080. Memorial donations in her memory may be made to the Haven Hospice, C/O JFK Medical Center, 65 James Street, Edison, NJ 08820.
