Obituary of Joseph Glowacki

Joseph Glowacki South Plainfield - Joseph Glowacki, 88, died Friday at Haven Hospice at JFK Medical Center in Edison. Born and raised in Plainfield, Joseph graduated from Plainfield High School and enlisted in the U.S. Navy serving during WWII as an aircraft mechanic. After the war and upon his discharge he continued his career as an aircraft mechanic as a Civil Servant to the U.S. Navy on the Alameda Naval Base in Alameda, CA. Joseph moved to South Plainfield 8 years ago. He is predeceased by his parents, Ignac and Petrunela Glowacki. Joseph is survived by his brother Edward, of South Plainfield and by his nieces and nephews. Cremation services and interment were held privately.
