Obituary of Paul Vincent Larisch

Piscataway - Paul V. Larisch, Jr. 86, passed away peacefully with his family at his side on Monday, September 1, 2014 at his home. Born and raised in Plainfield, Paul had resided in Middlesex before settling to Piscataway in 1966. Paul retired from Mack Truck in Bridgewater after a 41 year career where he worked as a lift truck operator. He retired in 1986 and has been a member of the UAW Local # 229 in Somerset. A devoted husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He enjoyed time with his family and was an avid fisherman. Predeceased by his siblings, he is survived by his wife of 58 years, Barbara ( Polisson ), a son; Paul J. Larisch, Sr. and his wife Barbara, daughter; Debbie Malecki and her husband Frank, ( all of South Plainfield ) and three beloved grandchildren; Paul J. Larisch Jr., Danielle Ambielli and her husband, Eric and Frank Malecki III. Also surviving is a great grandson, Weston Ambielli. Funeral services will begin on Thursday, September 4, 2014 at 7 Pm in the McCriskin - Gustafson Home For Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Avenue, South Plainfield, NJ 07080. Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation hours on Thursday from 3-7 PM. Cremation will take place privately.
