Jonathan Villamarin
South Plainfield, NJ - Airman 1st Class Jonathan Villamarin, 21, of the United States Air Force died suddenly at the Anchorage Air Force Base in Anchorage, AK on September 15, 2011.
Born in Queens, NY, Jonathan has been a resident of South Plainfield since 2000. After graduating South Plainfield High School, he joined the United States Air Force. He was stationed in Alaska where he furthered his education and was a Weapon Load Crew Member in Aircraft Maintenance.
He leaves behind his parents; Gloria and Davismar Villamarin and his brother Bryant all of South Plainfield as well as many extended family and friends.
Funeral services will take place on Monday, September 26, 2011 beginning 9:15 AM in the McCriskin-Gustafson Home for Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Avenue, South Plainfield, NJ 07080 followed by a 10:00 AM funeral mass at Sacred Heart RC Church, South Plainfield.
Prayers and full military honors will follow in the memorial garden of Rosehill Crematory in Linden.
Visitation will be held in the funeral home on Sunday, September 25, 2011 from 2-7 PM.
Our beloved son, Jonathan, has been taken by the hands of God to Heaven. Jonathan will be missed by so many because he has touched so many people's lives. Jonathan will always be remembered by that infectious and beautiful smile that he always had. His charisma filled everyone's lives with happiness and joy. He was a best friend to all and a loving son to us. He was always dedicated to flying and one day being a pilot. We know that he is flying high above us and watching over us. Jonathan, We love you and miss you so much son.
