South Plainfield - Sandra Cherasaro, 66, died Sunday, May 26, 2013 at JFK Medical Center in Edison.
Born in Elizabeth, Sandra graduated from North Plainfield High School and continued her education at Montclair State University as a spanish major. She has resided in South Plainfield for over forty years.
Sandra loved gardening and found enjoyment in having flowers around her backyard as well as in reading.
She is survived by her two sons; Bob Cherasaro, Jr. and his wife Susan of North Plainfield and Ken Cherasaro of South Plainfield. She is also survived by a brother; Warren and his wife Marie and by four grandchildren; Frankie, Nick, Kaden and Kameron.
Family and friends may attend visitation on Friday, May 31, 2013 from 5-8PM in the McCriskin - Gustafson Home For Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Ave., South Plainfield NJ 07080.
Cremation will be private.
