Joan K. Ejk
Piscataway, NJ - Joan K. (Kmosko) Ejk, 79, died on Sunday, August 7, 2011 at CareOne at the Highlands located in Edison. Born in Plainfield, Joan lived in South Plainfield and has been a resident of Piscataway since the 1960's.
Joan worked as a secretary for Approved Fire Protection of North Plainfield.
She was predeceased by her husband Adam who died in 1984.
Joan leaves behind her sister Barbara Petercsak and her husband Zoltan of South Plainfield, her two nephews and their families; Robert Petercsak and Janice of South Plainfield and Thomas Petercsak and Diane of Branchburg, a great niece Melanie Carballo and her husband Donald and by two great-great nieces; Cassidy and Sara Carballo.
Funeral services will take place on Wednesday, August 10, 2011 beginning 11:00 AM in the McCriskin-Gustafson Home for Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Avenue, South Plainfield, NJ 07080 followed by burial in Hillside Cemetery, Scotch Plains.
Visitation will be in the funeral home on Wednesday from 10:00 AM until the service time.
