Obituary of Raymond M. Sajorda

Mansfield Township, NJ - Raymond M. Sajorda, 44, died unexpectedly on March 17, 2018. Born in Quezon City, Philippines, Raymond immigrated to the United States in 1974. He lived in Jersey City, Colonia, West Windsor and Hillsborough, NJ prior to settling to Columbus in 2011. He was a network support engineer for the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs in Trenton. He loved music and sports, especially football and baseball. He was an exceptionally talented musician, particularly in piano and voice. His passion was photography and took pride in his work with wedding photography. He was known for capturing emotion and personality in his work. Raymond leaves behind his loving sons; Kyle Andrew and Kaden Alexander of Hillsborough, his parents Felix and Lourdes (Manuel) Sajorda of Columbus, brothers Rick of Bordentown and Gerald and his wife Julie of Delanco and his sister Cherilyn-Anne Quizan, her husband Joseph and their two sons Hunter and Colton of Bloomfield. Visitation will be held in Piscataway Funeral Home, 18 Stelton Road, Piscataway, NJ 08854 on Thursday, March 22, 2018 from 6-8pm and on Friday, March 23, 2018 from 4-8pm. A funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Frances Cabrini Roman Catholic Church, 208 Bound Brook Avenue, Piscataway, NJ 08854 on Saturday, March 24, 2018 beginning 10:00 am. Raymond will be laid to rest in the mausoleum of St. Gertrude Cemetery in Colonia, NJ.
