Beatrice McCabe
South Plainfield - Beatrice Fallucca McCabe, 84, died on Thursday, February 22, 2007 in the Haven Hospice Unit of Muhlenberg Regional Medical Center in Plainfield.
Born on February 22, 1923, in Newark, she had resided there, and Union, before settling to South Plainfield in 1988. Her and her husband are communicants of Sacred Heart RC Church in South Plainfield.
Beatrice was a hairdresser at Don's Beauty Salon in Union for many years before her retirement in the early 1980's.
Surviving are her husband, Edmund McCabe, her two daughters, Georgina Arminio and Theresa Perna and her son, Joseph Fallucca. Her brother, Jack Ditta and her six grandchildren, Nino, Christina, Anthony, Joseph III, Kaitlin, and Michael.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 26, 2007 at 9:15 AM in the McCriskin Home For Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Avenue, South Plainfield, followed by a 10:00 AM funeral mass in Sacred Heart RC Church, South Plainfield.
Entombment will follow in Holy Redeemer Cemetery Mausoleum, South Plainfield.
Visitation will be on Sunday from 2-5 PM in the funeral home.
