Obituary of Angelina Sobieck

Angelina Sobieck South Plainfield - Angelina (Impagliatelli) Sobieck, 88, died on Monday, September 8, 2008 at JFK Medical Center in Edison. Born and raised in Plainfield, Mrs. Sobieck had resided in South Plainfield since 1953. After raising her children, Angelina worked in the South Plainfield High School and Plainfield High School systems as a cafeteria worker for about 10 years. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Mrs. Sobieck is pre-deceased by her brother Philip Impagliatelli. Surviving is her husband of 57 years Henry, her daughter Barbara Sobieck of Lafayette, Colorado, her son Thomas of Glen Gardner, her sister Florence DeMattino, and her 2 grandchildren; Eric and Dana Jaggi. Also surviving are 2 nephews; Matthew Impagliatelli of Cypress, Texas, and Ted Jarusewski of West Palm Beach, Florida. Relatives and friends will be gathering on Friday beginning at 4:00 PM in the McCriskin - Gustafson Home For Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Ave., South Plainfield followed by a 7:30 PM Memorial Service in the funeral home.
