South Plainfield - Birgit L. Blenke, 37, died on Thursday, December 27, 2007 at St. Peter's University Hospital in New Brunswick after a long battle with cancer.
Born in Plainfield, Birgit was resided in South Plainfield for most of her life.
For the past 7 years Mr. Blenke was employed by Jesco Inc. In South Planifield.
She is survived by her daughter, her mother and father was well as one sister.
Funeral Services are private and under the direction of the McCriskin - Gustafson Home For Funerals 2425 Plainfield Ave., South Plainfield.
Cremation is private.
