Anna Marie Rubinetti
South Plainfield - Anna Marie (Zaccardi) Rubinetti, 88, died on Tuesday, September 16, 2008 in the home of her nephew Antonio, in Mt. Kisco, New York.
Born in Pescopango, Potenza, Italy Mrs. Rubinetti had resided in South Plainfield for many years.
She worked for the former Leather Novelty and Plastic Workers in South Plainfield.
Anna loved her gardening as well as her beloved cats Gusepina and Pupuniello.
She is pre-deceased by her husband Giuseppe who died in 2004, her son Peter in 2007.
Surviving are her nephews Tommaso Coppola and his wife Elisa of West Harrison, NY, Antonio Coppola and his late wife Polsia of Mt. Kisco, NY, and Vincenzo of Pescopango,Italy, her niece Graziella also of Pescopango, Italy, her brother in law Lorenzo Rubinetti and his wife Mary of North Plainfield, and her sister in law Rose Rubinetti.Also surviving are several nieces and nephews especially Amy who took care of her.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, September 20, 2008 at 10:45 AM in the McCriskin - Gustafson Home Funerals 2425 Plainfield Ave., South Plainfield followed by a 11:30 AM funeral mass at Sacred Heart RC Church, South Plainfield.
Interment will follow in Holy Redeemer Cemetery, South Plainfield.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 19, 2008 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM in the funeral home.
Our entire family wish to express a special thank you to her many friends who took care of her through the years in New Jersey and we will be forever grateful to you all.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Assoc. of Madona Di. Monte Maura, c/o the McCriskin - Gustafson Home Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Ave., South Plainfield.
