Obituary of Ann T. Coppola

Ann T. Coppola South Plainfield, NJ - Ann T. (Seneca) Coppola, 76, was born on the 4th of July in Winburne, PA to the late Michael and Mary (Plavetsky) Seneca. She entered eternal rest on Saturday January 30, 2010 at her home with her family at her side. Ann had resided in New Brunswick before settling to South Plainfield in 1963. Ann was a dedicated housewife and mother with a special devotion to the blessed mother. She fully enjoyed spending time in the home and managing her family. This passion lead to her collecting "Department 56 Christmas Villages." In addition to managing her family, Ann worked at Brunswick Carolier Lanes and in Retail at Fortunoff in Woodbridge, as well as, assisted with the family business, Coppola Farms in South Plainfield. She loved gardening, baking and along with her husband, she was an excellent ballroom dancer. She was a faithful and long time communicant of Sacred Heart RC Church in South Plainfield. Ann leaves behind her devoted husband of fifty-three years Frank D. Coppola, Sr., her loving children; Frank D. Coppola Jr., Ann V. Coppola, Rev. Anthony G. Coppola and Michael J. and his wife, Dawn M. Coppola. She will be missed by her mother, Mary Seneca; her grandchildren Joseph, Samantha and Briana. Sisters, Mary Jones and her husband Chester and Ginney Phillips and her husband George and by many extended family and friends. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 4, 2010 beginning at 9:15 AM in the McCriskin-Gustafson Home for Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Avenue, South Plainfield, NJ 07080 followed by a 10:00 AM funeral mass in Sacred Heart RC Church in South Plainfield. Ann will be laid to rest in Holy Redeemer Cemetery. Visitation is Wednesday, February 3, 2010 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM in the funeral home.
