Dolores E. Formanek
South Plainfield - Dolores E. (Bergin) Formanek, 80, died on Monday, October 22, 2007 in the Genesis Elder Care at The Woodlands in Plainfield.
Born and raised in Brooklyn, Mrs. Formanek lived in Edison for 62 years before moving to Toms River where she resided for 20 years.
She worked for the Middlesex County Board of Elections in New Brunswick for 10 years throughout the 1970's.
Pre-deceased is her husband Jerome in 2006, son James, and her brother John Henry, Jr.
Surviving her 3 children, daughter, Christine Brown and her husband Russell of South Plainfield, sons, David and his wife Karen of Toms River, and Thomas and his wife Joyce of Waverly, NYand 8 grandchildren, Rachel and Colin Formanek, Justin Formanek, Jennifer and Jaclyn Formanek, Jessica Whitworth, and Andrew and Angela Brown. Also surviving are 3 great grandchildren
Funeral Services are private and under the direction of the McCriskin-Gustafson Home For Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Ave., South Plainfield, NJ 07080
