Obituary of Helen Hellriegel

Helen Hellriegel South Plainfield - Helen ( Pyatt ) Hellriegel, 81, passed away peacefully on Tuesday May, 11, 2010 at Bonham Nursing Center.. Born in Plainfield, Helen was a North Plainfield High School graduate. She had resided in South Plainfield for 74 years before settling to Stillwater, PA to be near her caring daughter. Helen was employed by Someville Lumber in their office before her retirement. She was active with The Women's Evening Circle, the Moose Club, the 101st Airborne and the military order of the Purple Heart. Predeceased by her husband, Alfred in 2003. She is survived by a dear daughter, Doreen Karns and her husband, Bruce. A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 17, 2010 at 9:00 AM in the First Baptist Church of South Plainfield, 201 Hamilton Blvd., South Plainfield, NJ 07080. Interment will follow services in Franklin Memorial Park. Family and Friends may attend the visitation hours on Sunday, May 16, 2010 from 1-3 PM in the McCriskin - Gustafson Home For Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Ave. South Plainfield, NJ 07080.
