Uncle Gilly,
My heart is heavy, because you left too soon without a goodbye. A deep space and a void exist because you are not here anymore. When will a grieving heart be healed again? I hope over time, and when the seasons changed, this sadness will turn into some kind of comfort.
I miss making breakfast for you with our daily dose of coffee. Your funny sense of humor is no longer around except the fond past memories that no one can take away.
You are in a better place now, without fear or pain, walking, jumping, and running again in eternal life above. Joining our family of loved ones past long ago. You are truly free indeed. Give Mom, Dad, Debbie, Kevin, mom's stillborn baby girl and our 3 miscarried babies great big kisses and hugs from me. One day in the future, please welcome me in your arms of love.
You left your mark in our hearts and minds. You will be remembered as a wonderful friend, person and a very kind loving brother.
I think I just found the cure to fill in the empty space and to bring healing by looking at our old family photos and remembering the memories of the past.
You will always be in our hearts forever.
