Obituary of Kenneth Howard Nicoll
Kenneth Howard Nicoll, 75, of Toms River, NJ, passed away on Wednesday, April 10, 2024, in Piscataway, NJ.
Born to the late Howard and Mary Nicoll, Ken was a resident of Colonia, NJ, for 42 years, before relocating to Toms River five years ago.
Through the years, Ken worked for Pubset in Union, and SCI in Calstadt, as a printer, retiring from SCI in 2019, after 17 years.
A true comic, Ken always lit up the room with his personality and jokes. He was known for his wise advice and always had a funny saying. Ken enjoyed trips to Atlantic City and loved watching movies with his family. No matter where he was, or what he was doing, he was always smiling and laughing.
Ken is survived by his wife of 55 years, Deborah (nee Petty) Nicoll, and Children, Brenda Ogrodnick and her husband Brian, of Cape Coral, FL, Deana Valenti and her Fiancé, Robert Varga, of Piscataway, and Kenneth Nicoll and his wife, Raffaella, of Colonia. He will also be missed by his five grandchildren, Alexis, Trevor, Joey, Nina, and Marco, along with a host of extended relatives and friends.
A visitation will be held at the Piscataway Funeral Home, 18 Stelton Road, Piscataway, NJ, on Friday, April 12, 2024, from 5 PM to 8 PM.
Cremation services will be held privately.
In lieu of flowers, the Nicoll family has asked that donations be made to the American Cancer Society, in Ken’s name.
