Obituary of Hwa Cha Choo

Piscataway – Hwa Cha Choo, 81, passed away in the early hours of Sunday, November 5, 2023 at Complete Care at Plainfield.  Born in Asan, South Korea to the late Junghook and Jungsoon (Kim) Seo, Hwa lived in Plainfield prior to settling in Piscataway.

She worked for Dow Chemical Company and L’Oreal Cosmetics in Piscataway as a machine operator.

Predeceased by her husband Hyo II Choo, son Dong Choo and three brothers, Hwa leaves behind her loving family; son Myong Choo and his wife Debbie of Mountainside, daughter-in-law Cindy Choo of Vineland, four grandchildren; Jonathan, Chloe, Aiden and Matthew as well as two sisters.

Visitation will be held at Piscataway Funeral Home, 18 Stelton Road, Piscataway, NJ 08854 on Sunday, November 12, 2023 from 4pm until 5pm and Monday, November 13, 2023 from 10:30am until 11:30am.  Burial will follow at Resurrection Burial Park in Piscataway.
