Obituary of Libby Scicolone

It is with deep sorrow the Scicolone family announces the passing of their baby, Libby Hope, as a result of her ongoing battle with Menkes Disease.

Libby will be deeply missed by her parents Michael and Rebekah Scicolone and siblings Caleb and Layla.

She is also survived by her grandparents, Sal and Lori Scicolone, and Thomas and Linda Catalano; Aunt and Uncle, Amy and James Scicolone; Uncles, Andrew and David Catalano; Cousins, Gianna and Talia; Great-Grandmother, Vincenza Scicolone; Great-Aunt Lillie Mascia; would-be Godparents, Michael and Kate Cilia, and Great-Aunt and Uncle Margaret and Joe Cilia.

A visitation will be held at the McCriskin – Gustafson Home for Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Avenue, South Plainfield, NJ, on Thursday, October 26, 2023, from 5 PM to 8 PM.

Following a private funeral service, burial will take place at Holy Redeemer Cemetery, 1734 Clinton Ave, South Plainfield, NJ, on Friday, October 27, 2023, at 12:30 PM.

In lieu of flowers, the Scicolone family has asked that donations be made to the Goryeb Children's Hospital of Morristown, in Libby’s name.
