Obituary of Lucille Grohe
Keyport – Lucille “Lucy” Grohe, 68, passed away Friday, October 15, 2021 at BayShore Medical Center in Holmdel.
Born in Plainfield, Lucy resided in South Plainfield before settling to Keyport. She worked for Lawn Doctor Corp of Holmdel for many years. Lucy and her late husband, Robert often enjoyed boating at the Jersey Shore. She also enjoyed the time spent with her family and friends.
Pre deceased by her husband, Robert Grohe; parents, George and Theresa (Sacco) Kalapach and niece, Lisa; surviving are her three siblings, Georgann Reinartz, Anthony “Tony” Kalapach, Sr. and William “Billy” Kalapach; nephew, Anthony, Jr. and his son, Anthony III; niece, Tara and her daughters Giana, Tresa as well as her late niece Lisa’s son Shade.
A memorial services at a later date.
Donations may be made in Lucy’s memory to either St. Jude Research Hospital or to the American Cancer Society.
