My memories of my dear Aunt Margaret are of food, the family summer home, the holidays and her being a Registered Nurse. Trips to the lake with my Uncle Tommy and cousins were a big highlight for me. I think my appreciation for the country stems from those trips. And, WOW polish food. That was always a treat along with her delicious deserts. I remember a time when my youngest sister Claire fell and hit her head. My mom was hysterical and my aunt came was called. She calmly took care of her and much calmness followed. Today, She inspired me to become a Registered Nurse.
You were blessed to have children who loved you and took great care of you until God brought you home. This is a tribute to what kind of a mother you were. You will be missed.
