Obituary of James Krizan
Washington Twp - James Krizan, 55, died Sunday, September 12, 2021 at home.
Born in Plainfield, Jimmy grew up in North Plainfield and lived in Piscataway, South Plainfield, Glen Gardner, settling to Washington Township recently. Jimmy worked as a police officer for the Piscataway Police Department prior to his retirement.
Jimmy enjoyed this time of year playing fantasy football with his friends and loved watching the Pittsburgh Steelers. He was also an avid baseball fan, especially the New York Yankees. He kept a set of golf clubs in his truck and never missed an opportunity to hit the driving range. Loved music and the Rolling Stones.
Predeceased by his mother, Linda (Tier) Krizan; surviving are his father, Thomas Krizan; two siblings, Kathleen Yates and Joseph Krizan and (Joseph’s) wife Stacey; Uncle to Katrina, Tyler, Logan, Dylan and Brooke.
A memorial gathering will be held on Sunday, September 26, 2021 from 1-3PM at the McCriskin – Gustafson Home For Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Avenue South Plainfield NJ 07080.
