I did not know Marlene well. I did not even know her name. My children attended OLMV, then HSA. I knew her in passing. She was always pleasant and friendly and always had a smile on her face. She was involved and dedicated to school and obviously her daughter. I am so sorry for your great loss. Condolences and prayers to all.
Sincerely,
Joyce Antonucci

Gianna, We were greatly surprised to hear of the passing of your mother. She was a wonderful woman, with a beautiful smile who worked so hard to bring joy to your classmates at HSA. We know that no words can ever remove the pain, so we offer you and your family our prayers instead. May your Mom rest in peace and continue to guide your way in life.

I am so shocked to here of this loss. Marlene was such a bubbly, happy go lucky person. Always a smile on her face. I knew Marlene from the "ORC", Opinion Research, days. We worked together when we both were about 16 for a few years. When my son started HSA and I ran into her and another former ORC co worker, I was so excited, that was so many years ago. She didn't change at all and I always still referred to her by her maiden name, as my memories of her were much younger days. This is such a shock, I can't fathom this thought that she passed away, such a vibrant woman with a big heart and always friendly. My sincere thoughts and prayers go out to her loved ones during this difficult time. Fly high Marlene, with the other beautiful angels in heaven. You are in God's hands now, and he will take good care of you. You will be deeply missed. With all my sympathy...

I am so grateful for having had the chance to know Marlene through Holy Savior Academy. She was always around to support God's Special People luncheon, and drama club; a role model and positive, joyful presence for all of our kids. She will be greatly missed by all who she touched. I wish her entire family peace and comfort during these most difficult days. There are no words to express my sympathy. Max specifically sends prayers to Gianna during this time. The term “broke the mold” so aptly applied to Marlene. She lit up a room and put smiles on everyone around her just by her presence. Personally, I’ve never met such a caring, unselfish; positive person then Marlene. While her time with those who knew and loved her was cut short and we may feel cheated, I think we can take comfort in the fact that she made us all better just by being herself. She will be forever loved and remembered and we have a lifetime of memories that no one can take from us.

Marlene, You always bring such energy and hapiness to anywhere you go. You light up the rooms and hearts you enter and I feel so grateful to have you as my friend. I will carry this with me wherever I go. I will always be grateful for our lifelong friendship. The poet Yeats once wrote "Count where man's glory most begins and ends, and say my glory is I had such friends."
I will miss you!!!

For my childhood friend Marlene with a smile that was contagious. RIP my old friend... I'm sorry it had been so long since we spoke. I'm sorry we waisted all those years. I'm sorry that we couldn't put our difference aside long enough as adults to enjoy each other as much as we did when we were young. I'm sorry that we couldn't fix it. But most of all I'm sorry now that we will never have the chance. Even though we can't be together in the end, I'm glad you were part of my life. My heart breaks for Joe, Gianna and family, so sorry for your loss. Rest In Peace.

Rest In Peace dear Marlene, May Joe and Gianna find strength in one another. You were a wonderful devoted mother and wife your spirit will live on in your beautiful daughter. Heaven gained another Angel. In sympathy-
