Obituary of Humberto Lazo Fuentes

Plainfield, NJ – Humberto Lazo Fuentezs, 51, passed away after a long illness on Thursday, December 3, 2020 at Jersey City Medical Center.  Born in Honduras to the late Humberto Lazo and Rosa Delia Rivas Fuentes, he immigrated to the United States, settling to New Jersey.

Humberto owned and operated Lazo Drywall located in Piscataway.  He was known to smile no matter what life threw at him and was always high spirited.  Humberto belonged to the Ministerio Vida Abudante Church and in his youth, he enjoyed playing soccer.

Humberto leaves behind his loving wife Ana Lopez and their two sons; Jefferson and Humberto, all of Plainfield.

Visitation will be held in the South Plainfield Funeral Home, 2456 Plainfield Avenue, South Plainfield, NJ 07080 on Wednesday, December 9, 2020 from 5-9 pm and on Thursday, December 10, 2020 beginning 10:00 am.

Funeral services will be held in the funeral home on Thursday, December 10, 2020 at 10:30 am followed by burial at Hillside Cemetery in Scotch Plains.
