Obituary of Linda Nigro
Linda Nigro, 75, died on Monday, October 5, 2020 in the Haven Hospice at JFK Medical Center in Edison.
Born and raised in Kansas City Missouri, Mrs. Nigro was a resident of the borough of South Plainfield for over 40 years.
Linda was an avid reader and was fond of the beach but truly enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
Predeceased by her daughter, Marie Fuentes and two brothers, James and Michael Carrillo, surviving is her husband Angelo of South Plainfield; sons, Tony Fuentes of Queens, NY, Charles Fuentes and Joe Fuentes both of Kansas City, MO; sisters, Mary Mendoza also of Kansas City, MO, and Patti Bell of New Orleans, LA; brothers, Arthur Carrillo, Richard Carrillo and Robert Carrillo all of Kansas City, MO and grandchildren, Justin, Vince, Eric, Samantha and Alexis. Also surviving are several great grandchildren, great – great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended relatives and friends.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, October 9, 2020 beginning at 9:15am in the McCriskin – Gustafson Home For Funerals 2425 Plainfield Ave. South Plainfield, NJ 07080 followed by a 10:15am funeral mass at Sacred Heart RC Church, South Plainfield, NJ.
Cremation services will take place privately.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8, 2020 from 4-8pm in the funeral home.
