Hector Ruiz, died on April 1, 2020 in New Brunswick.
He was born in Colombia and moved to the United States in 1999.
Hector worked at the Courier News for several years prior to his retirement.
He was a smart and noble man who loved to read books and listen to old music. Not only a cancer survivor, but he also survived 3 strokes. Unfortunately he succumbed to Covid 19.
He is survived by his wife, Regina; his sons, Hector Jr.and Julio; his daughters, Martha and Adriana and 7 grandchildren.
