Betty grew up on the same street as my Mom (Jeanne) and my Aunt (Shirley) and they remained friends throughout their lives. In fact, Bettys Mom was in my grandmothers wedding! I was also blessed to have Betty as a friend. Betty was kind, loving and a calming presence in my life - but that twinkle in her blue eyes meant she was always up for an adventure and we had a lot of fun together. I will miss sharing holidays, birthdays, our long talks on the way to church and our countless trips around town, discussing how So. Plainfield “used” to be. We were so blessed to have you in our lives Betty - but I know you were ready to go to your Lord - and that by now you are surrounded with all of those who have loved you. We will miss you here and will keep you alive in our hearts. Rest In Peace my friend. Love, Karen Loupassakis
