Christopher and Connie. No words can help the loss of your father. I worked with him in customer service at Mack. He made us all laugh everyday! He was a good man. He talked about the two of you everyday. All of you are in my prayers. Just cherish the memories. Cheryl Cogossi

I worked for a Mack dealer in Massachusetts and New Hampshire and I dealt regularly with Eddie. He was personable and professional and was the perfect representative of Mack and gave the dealers all the help they needed. Unfortunately when Volvo took over Mack they changed customer service.
Eddie thank you for all your help all those years and may you Rest in Peace.

I offer my deepest condolences to Eddie's family. I knew Eddie since freshman year at Quibbletown Junior High School. We played baseball, softball and coached Pop Warner football together. We worked together at Mack Trucks in New Jersey for almost 20 years. He was a special friend and a wonderful father to his children. Eddie's passing is a loss to all of those who ever had the honor of knowing him.

I had heard that all went well with the surgery, and then to learn of this it is such a big shock.
You will be missed so much, for all who knew you at the senior center.
You helped a lot of people to get to their doctor visits safe and get them back home again. Without you
this couldn't have been accomplished.
Always looked forward to seeing you on Saturday morning when our Weii group met to play.
You always made sure we had something to eat and would share conversation with us all.
You were a hard worker there and in all the other things you did in your life time.
Rest in peace you will truly be missed by many.

My uncle Eddie was 1 of a kind. Whenever I would get a chance to talk to him or see him his first question was always hows your mother, then hows you father. Followed by how are you doing what's going on with you hows your family hows you sister. I guess I never really completely understood it until I got older. My uncle Eddie was the type of man that was old school the type that worried about everyone else before himself. The type of man that was always about family and wanting to see them succeeding and doing good. Although I did not get to see as much of you as I wanted to just as I wanted to with all of my family out East so far away, you were and have been an influential part of my life and I will always cherish the times that I was able to spend with you. And your encouraging words that you would have for me and the care that you showed. I love you uncle Ed

I got to know Ed during my time working for Piscataway Recreation and he and I really enjoyed each other’s company. We were big Yankees fans and shared many discussions about them each summer. Piscataway residents always spoke very highly of Ed as he was always upbeat, positive and in a good mood. He made a difference. I loved working with him and getting to know him and his grandsons for whom he loved so much.
When I retired and moved to NC he gave me a card with a dollar in it and on the dollar he wrote: Johnny Boy, May you never be hungry and may you never be broke. Keep a song in your heart to remember me by. Your friend Ed E. I have it in my home office and look at it from time to time. I’ll miss him. He was a very special man. RIP old friend.

Eddie and I were great high school friends and beyond. We coached the Arbor Cubs nine year old baseball team together in 1971 and from there we both went on to coach for many more years. We played softball for the Piscataway 69ers, too. Eddie always made me and his friends laugh at his jokes and his antics, but more importantly, he had a huge heart of gold. I will keep our boyhood memories close to me forever. On October 12th, I will also raise a toast to honor him at our 50th high school reunion.
Save a spot for me on your baseball team at Heaven's Field of Dreams. my friend!
Love you, Eddie.
