I'm so sad to hear about Mr. Habley after years of not knowing. I went to Union Highschool and he was my tv production teacher in 2002. Mr. Habley and my cousin Ivan "Ivansky" ( what he called him) are in the Top main reasons why I have my own videography business. You will be missed Mr. Habley. Thank you for making Highschool fun for me. To his Wife and family I'm praying for you and thank you for making him a happy man.

The first time I met Mark was in the SP middle school band room at the beginning of the school year back in 1976. I can remember hearing "More Than a Feeling" by Boston as I nervously walked into the large band room. Thinking it was a record playing, I was shocked to see this skinny kid with dark hair sitting in the back of the room actually playing it on his Gibson Les Paul. Needless to say, I remember thinking I'm way over my head in this class but Mark was always humble, kind and patient with other young musicians. His musical talent never ceased to amaze me over the years but what I remember most is his friendship and tremendous sense of humor. He was truly one of the good guys! My sincere condolences to Mark's family & friends.

Mark was a wonderful, talented and gifted person. He was thoughtful of his co-workers and he was dedicated and diligent. He came to work in pain and endured great obstacles and suffering and remained cheerful and an inspiration to everyone. We are deeply saddened to have lost Mark but his Spirit and Memory will remain alive in each of us every day. We will remember the good times and we are strengthened knowing that Mark is without pain and suffering. We wish his wife and family our deepest condolences on the loss of Mark, may he rest in God's Eternal Peace and may you all find comfort in that Peace.

Mark was one of the nicest guys I can recall from my youth! He was a gentle soul that poured fire from his fingers when he picked up a guitar. I’m proud to say he allowed himself to play in a fun little band call The Naturals back in 80’s. I’ll always remember his lead on Sarah, You!!! We shared so many laughs together! I missed him over the years and my heart breaks when I heard of this terrible loss. My heart goes out to Marks entire family. Rock on my old friend, rock on! My sincerest condolences - Brian Brain
