Tom was my best friend my first love . We were stuck like glue most days. But through the bad and the great times we had. We never lost touch. We were always there for each other over the years. Giving advice to each other, crying and cracking up in the same conversation. He was a loyal boyfriend ,loyal friend ,and in the end loyal brother. He and I were fortunate enough to have had the past seven months to talk daily via text or over the phone for hours. He was making plans to come see my family And I this coming weekend. My family and I are greatful that we at least saw each other a few times over the summer in person especially July 4th night! and spent quality time before he passed. We will miss him too much. -Beth Hirchak. Our love goes out to his family and everyone that knew him well. Love you Thomas.

Tom was one of my oldest friends. I've had some of the best times in my life with him. We played in Behind the Shadow and The Error Design together. Traveling all over, playing music, going crazy, joking around, and having the most fun I've ever had. I always remember the time we were going to play a show in Lancaster, Pa. We had stopped for gas, he told me to fill it up and I just stood there with the pump in my hand with no idea what to do. He joked with me about not knowing how to do it. Still to this day whenever I have to stop I get a good laugh to myself thinking about it. Tom also lived with my family and I for a little while when we were 19. He was a part of our family. He was one of the best people I've ever had the privilege of having in my life. He was a friend, a brother and he will always have a place in my heart.

Tom and I started out working together and became friends quickly. A common interest in Fish keeping, Music, Dogs, and Gaming always kept us in contact. Under the rough exterior He was a great guy, animal lover, artist, musician and an intelligent gifted mechanic and technician. We worked on many jobs together and Tom always had a ability to have me laughing constantly, no matter how bad it was. I will miss my friend so much,. I wish him and his family peace and my deepest condolences.

Tom was the first person I met, when I transferred to Cedar Grove Elementary. He was tasked showing me around the school/playground. We instantly became friends and years later would form 3 bands together from 1999-2004. This time period became some of the best years of my life, playing shows and recording demo tapes. I am happy that everything was documented. Tom also helped me with work when times got tough and also was my first roommate. It was never a dull moment with Tom. When he focused on doing something, he set out to do it and the results were always amazing. Tom was planning to visit me in Las Vegas just a couple weeks ago. Tom's nickname when we were young was "Happy" because he always looked mad at the world, but the kid always put a smile on my face.
