Obituary of Andrew L. Menone

Andrew L. Menone,55, of Middlesex, died on August 18,2018 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick.
Born in Brooklyn, NY to the late Andrew and Concetta Menone (nee Milazzo), he was raised in Piscataway before settling to Middlesex.
Andrew was a diesel mechanic for Lease Line in New Brunswick and repaired and built small motors in his free time. Andy was a man with a heart of gold, who was always joking which would offset his hard exterior. He loved to cook and spend time with his family and friends, especially his loyal companion, his dog Sambuca. He saw the best in everyone he met and will be sorely missed by all who knew him.
Surviving are his beloved wife of 23 years, Diane Marie Menone nee Tevlin, his dear brother, James Menone and fiancé Maria Meliano and her children, Meribet and Yasmilka, his brother in law Joseph Tevlin and wife Diane, his sisters in law, Jean Marie Mactye and husband Doug, GiGi Moffat and husband Rick, and his niece and nephew Olivia Moffat and Douglas Mactye, as well as his extended famly and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 23, 2018 from 5:00 to 8:00PM at the Piscataway Funeral Home, 18 Stelton Road, Piscataway. Funeral services will follow at 8:00PM at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions will be accepted by the family at the funeral home.
