GREEN BROOK, NJ - STELLA P. (ZELEHOSKI) STETZ PASSED AWAY PEACEFULLY AND WENT TO BE WITH THE LORD ON SUNDAY, JULY 27, 2014.STELLA WAS BORN ON MAY 28, 1916 IN BOUND BROOK, LIVING THERE UNTIL 1986 WHEN SHE MOVED TO MIDDLESEX. SINCE 2009 SHE WAS RESIDING AT THE ABINGDON CARE AND REHAB CENTER IN GREEN BROOK.THROUGHOUT HER LIFE SHE WAS A DEVOTED LOVING WIFE, MOTHER, GRANDMOTHER, AUNT AND FRIEND. HER KIND-HEARTED NATURE AND GENEROUS SPIRIT WILL BE TRULY MISSED AND SHE WAS AN INSPIRATION TO ALL WHO KNEW AND LOVED HER. SHE LIVED LIFE TAKING ONE DAY AT A TIME WITH OPTIMISM AND DETERMINATION.STELLA ATTENDED ST. LUKE'S EVANGELICAL LUTHERAN CHURCH IN DUNELLEN.SHE WAS PREDECEASED BY HER HUSBAND, THEODORE E. STETZ IN 1985, AND TWO BROTHERS AND THREE SISTERS.SURVIVING ARE HER SON TED STETZ AND WIFE NANCY OF MILLTOWN; DAUGHTER, CONNIE COLLINS AND HUSBAND DENNIS OF MIDDLESEX, FOUR GRANDCHILDREN: JEFFREY, JENNIFER AND KATHERINE STETZ, AND RUSSELL COLLINS.VISITATION WILL BE HELD AT MIDDLESEX FUNERAL HOME, 528 BOUND BROOK ROAD, MIDDLESEX, NJ 08846 ON TUESDAY, JULY 29, 2014 FROM 2-5PM AND ON WEDNESDAY, JULY 30, 2014 FROM 9:30 AM UNTIL THE SERVICE TIME.SERVICES WILL BE HELD AT THE FUNERAL HOME ON WEDNESDAY, JULY 30, 2014 BEGINNING 10:00 AM FOLLOWED BY INTERMENT AT RESURRECTION BURIAL PARK IN PISCATAWAYIN LIEU OF FLOWERS, MEMORIAL DONATIONS MAY BE MADE TO ST. LUKE'S EVANGELICAL LUTHERAN CHURCH, 264 NEW MARKET ROAD, DUNELLEN, NJ 08812.
