Bridgewater, NJ Kenneth Edward Green, known to many by "Kenney" passed away Thursday morning at Rivers Edge Rehab in Raritan. Born in Somerville, Kenneth has been a lifelong resident of Bridgewater.In 2010, Kenney retired from the Martinsville Post Office as a Postal Clerk. An avid Disney fan, he enjoyed his yearly trips to Disney World. Kenney enjoyed reading, vacationing with his grandmother and was excellent in drawing, especially character drawings.He was a member of Blessed Sacrament Church in Martinsville and belonged to the Knights of Columbus Council #5959.Kenney leaves behind his loving parents George and Charlotte (Hoff) Green and his cherished sisters Maureen Roper (David) and Kathy Wallace (Stephen). He also leaves behind his nieces and nephews Jayson Wallace, Melissa Wallace-Castro, Janelle Roper and Brianna Roper as well as his great nieces and nephews Gavin and Lucas Castro and Christopher and Logan Wallace.At the request of the family, all services for Kenney will be held privately. Mausoleum entombment will be held in St. Mary's Stony Hill Mausoleum located in Watchung.
