Obituary of Eleanor C. Pinal

Eleanor "Ellie" C. Pinal nee (Thompson), 61, passed away Tuesday August 19, 2014 at JFK Medical Center in Edison, NJ. Born in Somerville, she has been a lifelong resident of Piscataway. Mrs. Pinal was a former office manager at Mid Atlantic Waterproofing in Piscataway and a communicant of Our Lady of Fatima Church. She was a devoted Wife, Mother and Grandmother who cherished spending time with her family.Mrs. Pinal was predeceased by her parents, Robert and Edith Thompson and by her sisters, Diane LaGalle and Sharon Pasch. Surviving is her loving husband of 19 years, Mr. Carl Pinal of Piscataway; her children, Chris Eodice and his wife Heather and Connie Eodice; her step-children Carl "Buddy" Pinal Jr., and Casey Pinal; her brother William Thompson, her sisters, Lois Thompson, Elizabeth Thompson, Linda Vail and Cindy Carroll; her dear grandchildren, Devin, Ashley, Gabriel, Landin, Allison, Anthony, Jaiden and Giovanni and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.Funeral services will begin Saturday 9:00 am from the Piscataway Funeral Home, 18 Stelton Rd., Piscataway, NJ 08854 followed by a 10:30 am funeral liturgy at Our Lady of Fatima Roman Catholic Church in Piscataway. Interment will be in the Resurrection Burial Park in Piscataway. Visitation hours are Friday from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
