Obituary of Vivian B Alexander

Vivian B. Alexander, 65, of Toms River, NJ passed away peacefully on September 21, 2016 at Community Medical Center in Toms River. Born in Plainfield to the late Louis Sr. and Vivian Alexander nee Monaco, she was a longtime Plainfield resident before settling in Toms River about twenty years ago. She was a Nursing Aide with Holiday Care Center in Toms River for many years before her retirement. Vivian was an avid reader who especially enjoyed the quality time spent with her family. Surviving are her loving brothers, Louis Alexander and wife Susan, Sam Alexander and wife Linda, and John Alexander and wife Joann, her dear nieces and nephews, Sam, Elaine, Jenna, Stephanie, Anthony, and Dominick, as well as many extended family and cherished friends. Visitation will be held on Monday, September 26, 2016 from 4:00 to 8:00PM at the McCriskin-Gustafson Home for Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Avenue, South Plainfield. Funeral services will be held at 10:00AM on Tuesday, September 27th at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Holy Redeemer Cemetery, South Plainfield.
