South Plainfield - Linda Wilson, 66, died Saturday January 30, 2016 at Raritan Health and Extended Care in Raritan.
Born and raised in Bloomfield, Linda resided in South Plainfield for 40 years. She attended Seton Hall University where she received her Bachelors Degree in Nursing. Linda worked at Somerset Medical Center as a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room for her entire career.
Linda enjoyed taking trips to Atlantic City as well as crafting, crocheting and crosswords.
Surviving are her three children, Cindie Rios of Glendora, Jennifer Cassio and husband Greg of South Plainfield, and Brian Wilson and wife Joharah of South Plainfield and sister, Lauren Kepner and husband William of Las Vegas, NV.
She will also be missed by her nine grandchildren, Antonio and Brenden Rios, Joey, Riley and Avery Cassio and Joshua, Dylan, Reese and Taylor Wilson.
Visitation will be Monday, February 1, 2016 from 2-4PM & 7-9PM in the McCriskin - Gustafson Home for Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Avenue, South Plainfield NJ 07080. Funeral services will begin at 8:30PM.
Cremation will be held privately.
Burial of Linda's cremated remains will be held on Thursday, February 4, 2016 at 11AM in Glendale Cemetery, Bloomfield.
