Obituary of Kenneth C. Marsh

South Plainfield - Kenneth C. Marsh, 83, passed away on Thursday, January 21, 2016, surrounded by his family at Haven Hospice of JFK Medical Center, Edison. Born in Cliffside Park, to the late Kenneth and Helen (Christiansen), Ken resided in Newark before settling to South Plainfield in 1962. A draftsmen for AT&T in Newark, he was later employed as a surveyor with South Plainfield Borough. A gardening and flower enthusiast, Ken enjoyed photography as well as boating and fishing. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather Surviving are his wife, Patricia (Lubanski) of South Plainfield; son, Michael and wife Marie of Manalapan; daughter Susan Wisniewski and husband Mark of Doylestown, PA and sister, Jean Dowling. He will also be missed by his three grandchildren, John Wisniewski, Kara Rado and husband Jonathan, and Diana Irwin and husband Tim and two great granddaughters, Nora Rado and Fiona Irwin. Funeral services will begin on Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at 11AM in the McCriskin - Gustafson Home For Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Avenue South Plainfield NJ 07080. Cremation will follow privately. Family and friends may attend visitation on Monday from 4-8PM in the funeral home.
