Obituary of Anne Chirichillo

Anne Chirichillo Roselle - Anne ( Acocella) Chirichillo, 90, died on Saturday, September 11, 2010 in South Plainfield. Born and raised in Elizabeth, Anne resided in Roselle for many years. She worked as seamstress and later became a Supervisor for the former Elizabeth Shirt Co. in Elizabeth. Mrs. Chirichillo was a lifelong member of St. Anthony Padua Church in Elizabeth and she was also active with the Altar Rosary Society. In addition Anne was devoted to her entire family. She is predeceased by her husband the Late Frank who died in 2001 and by 3 brothers. Surviving is her son Frank and his wife Laura of South Plainfield, her two sisters; Nancy Marczak of Linden and Rose Previte of Leesburg, VA, her 3 grandchildren; Susan Tangires and her husband Richard of Ellicott City, MD, Frank Chirichillo and his wife Stephanie of Manahawkin and Michael Chirichillo of Austin, TX and her 4 great grandchildren; Richard and Tyler Tangires and Catherine and Christine Chirichillo. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, September 15, 2010 at 8:15 AM in the McCriskin - Gustafson Home For Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Ave., South Plainfield followed by a 9:30 AM funeral mass at St. Anthony of Padua Church, Elizabeth. Entombment will follow at Graceland Memorial Park, Kenilworth. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 14, 2010 in the funeral home from 2-4 & 7-9 PM.
