Obituary of Helen M. Porta
Helen M Porta passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 8 at NJ Eastern Star Rehabilitation & Nursing in Bridgewater.
Born and raised in Brooklyn, she resided in Dunellen, before settling in Middlesex 43 years ago.
She was a member of the Middlesex & Dunellen Seniors.
She was predeceased by her husband, Angelo, in 2016. She is also predeceased by her brothers.
Surviving are her two daughters, Linda Romeo and her husband Ken and Carol Sniscak and her husband Tom. Her grandchildren, Thomas Sniscak, Mike Romeo, Lisa Murray, and Ryan Romeo. Her great grandchildren, Joey & Brody Murray, Nico & Alex Romeo, and Talia Sniscak.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, from 11 AM to 1 PM in the Middlesex Funeral Home, 528 Bound Brook Rd. Middlesex, NJ.
Cremation services will take place privately.
