Obituary of Tiffany Lasean Huggup

Please share a memory of Tiffany to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

Tiffany Lasean Huggup, or “Tiffy” as she is lovingly called by close family and friends, was born on December 22, 1984 at Brookdale Hospital in Brooklyn, NY to Sharon Coombs and Leonard Huggup. Tiffany started her journey in Brookdale Hospital, Brooklyn, NY. Her mom moved the family to Elmont, NY where she spent the majority of her childhood. Tiffany then moved to Avanel NJ during her teenage years to live with her dad, where she graduated from Colonia High School in 2002. She then furthered her education at Middlesex County College in NJ. Even though Tiffany was planning to relocate to Florida next year she lived the remainder of her adult in New Jersey.

Tiffy spent the majority of her professional career in supervisory roles for various manufacturing companies throughout central New Jersey. One of those companies was Starborn Industries, where she enjoyed working and excelled in all positions. Tiffany had to exit the working world because of her ongoing battle with Crohn's disease. She exemplified her strong drive and determination to succeed by sticking to all her decisions and never waving far from her beliefs. She never wanted anyone to feel sad for her and did not take pity from anyone.

Everyone who knew Tiffy knew she had an unwavering love and support for all of her family and friends. She was the person you could call at any time, for anything, and would be there for you immediately without a second thought.  Whether you needed to vent, cry, or just put someone in line for crossing you, Tiffy would be the first person there to support you.  Her no nonsense, tough exterior was tattoo on her foot which tells the story of the road she was traveling “only the strong survived”. Above her strong approach, anyone who knew that when Tiffy loves you, she does it unconditional. She was the sweetest, kindest, most giving, and sensitive person you could ever meet.

Tiffany loved to have fun, especially spending time with family and friends across all states and around the world. Whether it was enjoying a night in watching one of her favorite movies “Dirty Dancing” or a night out at a good bashment or a boat ride; she knew how to have a good time and made sure everyone around her enjoyed themselves too. It was her wish that everyone party hard and have a drink for her.

Tiffany departed this life entirely too soon and leaves behind her mom, Sharon Chinshue and Leonard Huggup, stepparents Paulette Huggup and Donald Chinshue, grandmothers Evelyn Williams and Icilda Huggup, sisters Tonya and Taylor Huggup, brother Daryn Williams, niece Maiya Zanders, nephews Corey (CJ) Lewis and Baby (Daryn) Williams, and a host of other aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends to mourn her.

The family has requested all those who attend her services to wear bright colors in honor of Tiffany.
