One day you appeared in my life. One day you helped shape my life. One day you helped me when someone really knocked me down. One day you said you will always be there. Everyday you told me you loved me. One day we had fun in the snow. One day we made memories at the swim club ( loved watching you listening to your mini boom box while I would swim). One day you told me I could make something good of myself. One day I believed you. One day you and popop pushed me to start my future with college sticking to the honors society. One day he was gone. One day my son was born. One day you were so happy again. I wish I knew one day in the near future you would have been gone. One day more is all I want with you. Love you always,
K

Gram always put everyone before herself. She was always there when you needed her and when you thought you didn’t need her help. I spent her first birthday in heaven in a way she would have wanted. I celebrated her life and gave her purple roses that had an inside joke to the meaning of the color. Purple reminded her of a house she saw one. That house always put a smile on her face and everyone else’s.

You are in my earliest memories of growing up in that apartment building when we were kids. You were my older cousin and I was always glad to spend time with you. Such memories! As I grow older, they grow more dear to me. You were such fun and you were right downstairs. Especially etched in my memory were the vacations our families spent in Atlantic City with days on the beach and nights on the Boardwalk. Rest peacefully, Your cousin Dolores

It is especially difficult to say good bye to a little sister.
Shirley was not only an ideal little sister, I remember her as caring mother who doted on her children. She was a devoted wife who adored her husband. For a job well done, she was rewarded a beautiful family who brought great joy to her life.
She and I had fun growing up together. She was not a typical little sister who liked to tag along. Other than following ne to dancing school, she was her own person on many levels. Unlike me, she was on the baton twirling squad in high school, she enjoyed and was quite good at roller skating in a rink, and was a reliable and sought-after baby sitter as a teenager. Of course, we had a few disagreements along the way. But in the words of Frank Sinatra, Shirley’s favorite singer, “too few to mention”.
Shirley had a great sense of humor and could easily make those around her laugh, which she did quite often. She was a very good person who will be sorely missed. May she Rest In Peace.

May you RIP gram, we will miss you forever. You were our star light our friend our family our glue to our hearts when they would chip a little. Your memory will live on forever in our hearts. We love you so much. We will be with you again one day. For now, enjoy your time in heaven with your mom and dad, your brother and your loving husband who missed you. God looked around his garden and found a semi empty place.
He then looked down upon the earth and saw your loving face.
He put his arms around you and lifted you to rest.
God's garden must be beautiful for he picked the very best.
