Obituary of James H. Whale
James Whale, 85, passed away on Friday, December 2, 2022 at Hackensack Medical Center in Hackensack.
Born in and raised in Newark, Mr. Whale graduated from Newark’s East Side High School. He then resided in Irvington for several years before settling to Middlesex in 1988.
Mr. Whale worked as a machinist for the Clark Door Co. in Cranford for many years and for the past 9 years he work alongside his son William in the service Department of McGuire Cadillac in Woodbridge
He enjoyed vacationing with his family at the Jersey shore with his family and has been a long time parishioner of Our Lady of Mt. Virgin RC Church in Middlesex.
James is predeceased by his wife Marian and a son James.
Surviving are his sons, William and wife Barbara of Flemington and Joseph and wife Tara of Middlesex; his sister, Mildred Whale of Springfield; his six grandchildren, George, Jimmy, Michael, Matthew, Casey, and Olivia and daughter-in-law, Sanae.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral mass of Mr. Whale’s cremated remains on Saturday, December 17, 2022 at 11:30am at Our Lady of Mt. Virgin RC Church, Middlesex, NJ.
